(“D&A”) respects your legal rights in connection with your personal data.  We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data which we hold and pledge to comply with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”).  This Privacy Policy Statement sets out our policies and practices in relation to how we protect, use and handle your personal data.

Collection of Personal Data

From time to time and for the purpose of carrying on any of our operation or business, you may be requested to supply personal data to us.  Types of personal data collected by us may include, but may not be limited to:-

  3. Any other information as necessary for the provision of our services to you.
